For orders to the United States of America

Orders placed before 5 pm will be dispatched the same day.

Goods are dispatched during office hours, ordered 7 days a week, ship only Monday to Saturday


Shipping costs
$50 up free shipping maximum weight 15 lb, DPG, and glass bottle are not free shipping, below $50 flat rate shipping $10

Refunds

Should you wish to return your aromafragrance.us order, please contact our Customer Care team at aromafragrance.us within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note that all items must be returned unused and in the same unopened aroma fragrance. If returned goods are opened or used, we will not accept the return. In these circumstances, we will notify you via e-mail and ship the order back to you.

Please note that all return costs will be covered by the customer directly, not the brand. It is encouraged to use a tracked returns service for returns, as the brand is not responsible for any returns and will not refund orders without proof of receipt should the return not arrive at the designated warehouse.

Once we have processed your return, our Customer Care team will email you to confirm the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt in the warehouse.

To prevent any fraudulent activity: (a) we may contact you for further details on a flagged order /or (b) we reserve the right to cancel and refund flagged orders.


Faulty or damaged products
If you believe a product or order was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform our Customer Care team at info@aromafragrance.us as soon as possible, giving your name, order number, and any videos/images for reference.
